I am 5' 3" and wear 34B. The small fits well. It is a longer length than the picture of course given that I am short, but not too long. Cute, comfortable dress. Elastic on the sleeves might get a little annoying if you push the sleeves up, but I don't think it will be a big issue. Ordered green fit perfect!
